Try dive sessions offer a fun, friendly and inexpensive way to see if you will like the sport. 

You will be with a qualified BSAC instructor at all times who will show you how to put your equipment together and then take you through various skills in the pool.  We will provide all the equipment, all you need is a swimming costume/trunks and t-shirt!

Ladies – if you would prefer a female instructor, then just let us know, this can easily be arranged.
